According to a report of World Health Organization 2 billion people in the world is unable to access clean water resources. There are significant problems in access to clean water resources due to Climate Change (drought, lack of sufficient precipitation, etc.), and man-made errors, as well as economic and political instability, lack of surface structures and infrastructure, geographical location and formations, lack of investment, self-interest of governments and administrations, ethnical conflicts and clashes between tribes.

In the cases of inaccessibility to clean water resources, the diseases such as diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, scabies, cyanobacteria, schistosomiasis, and polio emerge due to the consumption of contaminated water.
